“A way has to be found to enable everyone to benefit from the fruits of the earth, and not simply to close the gap between the affluent and those who must be satisfied with the crumbs falling from the table…“ — Pope Francis
Francis is the first Jesuit to become Pope. St. Ignatius College Preparatory is a Jesuit secondary school, named for the Jesuit founder, Ignatius of Loyola.
We can think of no better way to embrace the vision of Pope Francis, and to support the fundamental priorities of the Jesuits, than by establishing the New Roads Education Fund. The gap of which he speaks is present at St. Ignatius College Prep and the ambition of this fund is to help close it.
